Quick Shipping
All in-stock items are typically shipped within 24 - 72 hours after we receive your order. You should receive your order in 7-10 business days from the day your order was submitted. You will be notified of any back ordered items immediately. We ship "Best Way" using FedEx, USPS or UPS. If more than one item is ordered, items may ship from different warehouses in separate packages. For expedited delivery options, see below.
Environmental Awareness
We make every effort to reuse boxes from our suppliers when possible, so don’t be surprised if you receive your merchandise in a “used” box. We will only reuse boxes that are acceptable to ensure safe delivery of your order. We use biodegradable and/or recycled materials whenever possible.

We try to keep our shipping charges as low as possible. Charges for shipping within the 48 contiguous United States are listed below. Orders over $100.00 will receive FREE SHIPPING but expedited charges will apply. Expedited Delivery
If an item is needed quickly, we can usually deliver your order overnight or within 2-3 days. Items will be sent the “best way”. In order to guarantee delivery a requested delivery time, orders must be received by 11:00 AM Mountain Time. This applies to in-stock items only. We are happy to discuss other delivery options if you contact us via our Customer Service line at 1-877-338-1084.
Sales Tax for Colorado Orders
Our office is located in Colorado and we are required to collect Sales Tax for orders delivered in Colorado. Sales tax will be charged per your location within the State.
Damaged Items or Errors in Shipping
Shipping errors must be reported within five (5) business days from receipt of order. Any item you receive that is damaged must be reported immediately to the Carrier. You must also call Assist 2 Hear Customer Service line at 1-877-338-1084 for instructions and we will assist you in processing the claim.
If you received an item in error, please call us immediately to inform us of the error. We will promptly do our best to correct the error to your satisfaction.
Returns & Exchanges
We do our best to educate and help you choose the right product. However, we know that sometimes items are not as expected. You may return an item within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Please note that some items such as ear plugs or ear buds are not returnable if opened due to Health Department regulations.
In order to exchange an item or return it for a refund, you must call our Customer Service line at 1-877-338-1084 for a Return Authorization and instructions, or email us at CustomerService@assist2hear.com . Returned items must be in the original packaging and must not be damaged. Defective items must be returned directly to the manufacturer after 30 days have passed. We will be glad to assist you with manufacturer information. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
